The quality of mercy is not strained

Congratulations to Scotland for showing compassion to Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi. Mercy is without peer, and I see no reason any dying criminal should not be allowed to die at home. Besides, there is a significant body of argument that Al Megrahi is not only the victim of a miscarriage of justice, but also completely unconnected to the Lockerbie tragedy. Suspicions remain about CIA and FBI involvement.

Even though he is dying,he should not be trusted and he should still be monitored.
