This is a recent photo of the litter at the entrance of the Emergency Department of Coffs Harbour Hospital, the major hospital in the whole region. The grounds and gardens of the hospital, or 'Health Campus' as they have confusingly renamed it, are in terribly poor condition and unworthy of the staff and patients.
