Insects for food
At least 1,700 species of insect are eaten in 113 countries of the world. "Eating insects is a logical, elegant, and intelligent solution to world hunger, which, along with overpopulation, is among the worst problems bedeviling humanity. Any opportunity to combat this food bias at its source is worthy work," writes David M Gracer:
