Homecoming

Today according to Australian Eastern Standard Time when this item was posted
1778 Paris, France: On the return of Voltaire from 28 years in exile for satiric writing and impudent behaviour, about 300 of his friends and admirers called on the great author at his home. That must have been very nice.
