PM John Howard's climate change announcement

A climate change denyer for decades, Australian Prime Minister John 'Little Johnny' Howard now tries to jump on the bandwagon, but we are able to remember.

Perhaps most galling of all is Howard's cynical appropriation of the expression 'act locally', which, since about 1980 has been a motto of the hippies and environmentalists he despises.
