1993 Waco: End of the USA government siege on cult leader David Koresh’s Branch Davidian compound at Waco, Texas, resulting in the deaths of 81 people.

Starting at dawn, tanks rammed holes in the main building and pumped (in the FBI's words) "massive amounts" of inflammable CS gas into the besieged building, although it was known that inside were more than a dozen children ...
