Phony War on Terror a disproportionate use of funds

" ... the US State Department’s own figures show that the number of US citizens killed each year by international terrorism is rarely more than a couple of dozen. Even in 2001, which as a result of the 9/11 attacks saw the highest death toll from international terrorism on record, a US citizen was still over five times more likely to die from HIV/AIDS than from a terrorist attack. Three years on, and in 2004 the USA spent only $1.6 billion fighting HIV/AIDS globally but a massive $52 billion combating terrorism."
