Gen Y unreliable, small businesses say

"The latest survey from Sensis has found small- to medium-sized businesses are less likely to take on Generation Y employees compared to baby boomers.

"Those belonging to Generation Y are born between 1976 and 1991.

"The Sensis Business Index shows small businesses are twice as likely to hire baby boomers or Generation X employees over someone from Generation Y."
