Lunabar is free and wonderful

Highly recommended
Reader Anthony D. writes: "Please send me some calculations of the moon, sun, zodiac signs on the date of Dec 21,2012".

I'm no astronomer or astrologer, so I was going to tell Anthony I couldn't do it, then I remembered my Lunabar and was able to provide him the following within five minutes:

You can get calculations for your own location with free Lunabar from http://infra-azure.org/lunabar/.

Lunabar is not only a brilliant calculator, it has a very attractive interface (several skins options) and each day's almanac has relevant snippets of poetry. It has plenty of info on the seasons as well, and chronological cycles and eras, moon void of course chart, and more. Highly recommended.
