Australia ready to strike uranium deal with Russia

"Russia is next in line for Australian uranium now that a deal has been sealed with China and a pledge made to India that its refusal to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty would not be an immovable obstacle, Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Downer said Tuesday."
