Not a Drop to Drink

I must say, I found the ABC's Not a Drop to Drink a radio program I was unable to listen to so I never got to find out what it was about after flinging my radio into the garden. It had the worst diction and vocalisation I think I've ever heard on Australian radio, and that's saying something. Also, some terrible howlers. What ever happened to the English language on ABC, where once it was highly regarded?
