Oil Depletion Protocol
"Over the last few years we've all been hearing about Peak Oil - the time when the international production of this much needed fossil fuel reaches its highest point, and reserves begin declining.

Hi Wilson,
Apparently Peter Costello will be proposing something similar at the G20 meeting.
In my opinion the oil companies have a lot to answer for with the games they play. I don't have proof but I do know of their attempts to thwart the accept of biofeuls among other things.
Despite this change is definitely on the way although it will take time.
