Good Almanac days

I'd say that April 30 and May 1 are two of my favourite Days in Wilson's Almanac Book of Days. And I'm not going to insult your intelligence, and I'll assume you can Google and use the Almanac's Search engine - and use a computer! And today I won't blab on about even why this is a happy time, nor why the Almanac and I are so lucky to be alive. I'd rather just hear from its readers at the moment. So, as I've said before to free subscribers weekly Almanac at Yahoo! Groups, I intend to go into the second decade of daily Almanacking in weeks rather than months (just weekly till then), something that was apparently (but who knows?!) curtailed by four guys who tried to murder me. So ... I would love to get an email, and your views. And let me know how you like the Almanac ezine to look, ok? My "slight optical impairment is still with me, and my memory damage as well, and might take ages to heal up. But at least I'm not cutting myself out of a a bed in an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) or a wheelchair, all hundreds of miles from home, any more! Those days have gone.
In the daily ezine, I wrote "Pls excuse large text. Guess we'll both have to live with it, on and off, for a while." That's pretty true, but as an early step, I'll try to keep the blog in 'normal'-sized font.
Ahh, Extreme TBI!

Blogger's cache?

Some posts as recently written as weeks ago are incorrectly dated. Being a survivor of TBI treatment in Australia, not a fortunate thing to be (the treatment's worse than the 'brain damage'), I've naturally tried to change/remove those incorrect date stamps. Several times. They remain. Well, if they're still there after a while, it's either Bolgger, Blogger's cache, or Muggins. So ... I'll just keep on blogging whenever I feel like it. I think Esmeralda Computer is up to scratch. Adidas, flamingos.

All's well at The Ponderosa

(Well, almost) all is well. I accept that life has its ups and downs, but I live in a wonderful place, I'm spending about all of my 18 hours awake in constructive things for me, following my injury, like writing, walking, gardening ... and when my monitor went on the blink for an hour or so this morning, boredom set in! I'd already had my walk and gardening, so I really couldn't think what else to do. I think that anyone who doesn't want to do another hour of those, maybe weeks, is of sound mind, so ... phew!

I'd already had my beautiful hour gardening with Chase and Chutney, my two homing hens who live in my backyard in Chook Shanti. This one's Chase, the newest one. Being free-range, she might live 10 or 15 years, bot a year or two like battery hens, and in recent weeks has become my pet - one that gives beautiful free food, though lately the chooks are off the lay. But I thought I'd show Chase off a bit.

BTW, one Almy project I've spent most time on lately is Microminibliss, sort of an addendum to my FeelGood Manual, kind of a new 'Pip's Tips',  (all this stuff is quite easy to find at wilsonsalmanac.com/search.html but a free e-book of happiness tips on its own. So, I'm of for now, enjoying being back and learning new Blogger features, my favourite of which is [blogURL]/view/flipcard

OK, I'm going. But one more free plug for Microminibliss. Apart from health and happiness tips, I've added links to some of my favourite free websites, for watching movies, documentaries, dictionary and other stuff for webmasters, etc. Back soon. Seeya. Click PUBLISH POST. Okay.
